      Abaran

 
Children's Day. This is a unique tradition celebrated every January 6. The Brotherhood of the Souls moves from house to house so that the inhabitants of Abaran can adore the Child Jesus.

Holy Week. This is celebrated in March-April (variable date). Holy Week in Abaran has been declared a Festival of Regional Tourist Interest.

Patron Saint Festivities. These are celebrated in honour of Saint Cosmas and Saint Damian in the second half of September. The big day is September 27.
 
 

      Blanca

 
Holy Week. This is celebrated in March-April (variable date).   Video

April Festival. After Holy Week, Blanca celebrates a week of festivities dedicated to Saint Roch, patron saint of the town.

August Festival. This is celebrated in August in honour of Saint Roch. This festival stands out above all for its bull running, declared of Regional Tourist Interest. Without a doubt, it is the most important day for all the inhabitants of Blanca.

Saint Peter Festivities. The Alto Palomo neighbourhood celebrates its patron saint festivities in honour of Saint Peter at the end of June.

Pillar Festivities. The Estación de Blanca neighbourhood celebrates its patroness saint festivities in honour of the Virgin of the Pillar in the second week of October.
 
 

      Cieza

 
Saint Anthony. This is celebrated every January 17. It is one of the most charismatic and typical festivals of the town.

Holy Week. This is celebrated in March-April (variable date). Holy Week in Cieza has been declared a Festival of National Tourist Interest.   Video

Festival of the Shield. This is celebrated at the end of April in memory of the history of the town and its legends. The main act of the festivities is the recreation of "The Invasion", with a staging of the Arab incursion that took place on April 6, 1477 by Abu-l-Hassan Ali, King of Granada.   Video    Website

Cross Day. This is celebrated every May 3 with a procession of the Holy Christ of Consuelo from the Church of Our Lady of the Assumption to its Hermitage.

International Festival of Folklore in the Segura. This is celebrated the weekend before the week of the Patron Saint Festivities in honour of Saint Bartholomew.

Patron Saint Festivities. These are celebrated at the end of August in honour of Saint Bartholomew. They stand out for their olive stone throwing contest, a massive event that has become a tourist attraction for the town, bringing together more than 20,000 people in the past.   Video
