The museum was inaugurated on April 19, 2007, and has 2,000 square meters distributed over three floors.
The ground floor is dedicated to the knowledge of the different traditional trades of Fuente Alamo de Murcia with the intention of preserving the municipality's historical memory.
The first floor houses the permanent painting exhibition of the City Council, made up of 58 artistic works collected since 1973.
Finally, the basement floor is dedicated to temporary exhibitions and training workshops.
