This is a Renaissance building built in the first third of the 16th century.
It has two floors and a distribution similar to that of the Roman villas, with a central patio that collects the waters around which the different rooms of the house are located.
The building was acquired and restored by the Jumilla City Council at the beginning of the 21st century. In 2007, it was transferred to the Association of Artisans, which turned it into the Craftsman's House. Since then, it has been used for exhibitions, as a point of sale for different items, for meetings between artisans, gastronomic events, workshops and courses, etc.
