Built in a Renaissance style in 1707, the building shows a sober and elegant appearance. A facade carved in ashlar stone stands out. On that same facade, we find a double arch portico, on which rest giant balconies, which are protected by a wrought-iron parapet.
If you get closer, you will find the coat of arms of Charles V with the double-headed eagle. On the coat of arms, you can see the coat of arms of the city, reading: "Muy Noble, Muy Leal y Fidelísima Villa de Yecla".
