An excellent example of history today is the new start-up of this old flour mill from the year 1800.
Thanks to the City Council, the families of the region were able to observe the giant winds at work, grinding the grains to get the flour as a final product.
Its construction has three interior chambers dedicated to the tasks of its operation. In the 90s, a rehabilitation project was carried out to prevent its deterioration, as since 1936 it had stopped working and was in total abandonment.
