Also known as the Clock House, this modernist-style construction is popular for having been the residence in which the president of the first Spanish republic, Don Emilio Castelar y Ripoll, died.
Construction was completed in 1895 and owes its name to the fact that a chapel dedicated to Saint Sebastian was also built on the farm. Another name by which it is known is Servet Palace, as this family was the original owner of the farm.
In its architecture, an eclectic style is observed, combining pseudo-alpine details with a Gothic appearance.
