This construction of Venetian style and steep slope owes its popular name to the sensation that is experienced when travelling from a vehicle.
It was built in 1978 to cross the “Gola del Charco”, one of the canals that cut La Manga. Its design presents almost pointed arches that exceed the semicircular point and is lined with colourful stones reminiscent of the famous Italian city.
