The municipality of Calasparra has a great variety of natural spaces and landscapes, such as the Almadenes Canyon, as well as an unbeatable location, as it is located between the Quipar, Argos, and Segura rivers.

It has a great cultural wealth coming from the settlements of past centuries, from Iberians to Christians, Romans to Muslims. That legacy gives Calasparra an artistic richness that can be seen in its archaeological representations and architectural works.

Among its unique and interesting places is the Sanctuary of the Hope, which is a hermitage located in a natural crevice. This, together with its location between rivers, attracts visitors who enjoy the natural landscapes. In Calasparra, religious as well as artistic activities are held, including folkloric dances, flamenco, bullfighting fairs, and pilgrimages in honour of the Sanctuary of the Hope.
