This eclectic-style building is located in Town Hall Square. It is of great architectural importance. The fundamental data of its construction are unknown, such as the exact date and the architect who carried out the work. It is believed that it was built in the 19th century, during the region's peak mining activity, and that it served as an entertainment site for the most influential sectors of society.
The casino is made up of two floors and was initially used for residential purposes and as offices, to later be transformed into recreational use. One of its greatest attributes is its iconic interior spiral staircase, made of cast iron and sloping too steeply to be used comfortably.
Currently, the structure is very deteriorated and waiting to obtain approval for a comprehensive restoration.
