This museum gathers objects related to art and ethnography. In the two rooms of this museum, the living room, hall, and office of the last home in Madrid of the writer Carmen Conde and her husband Antonio Oliver are reproduced with exquisite fidelity. One can also see a series of impressive works of art and personal items that the couple owned. The objects in their entirety were donated to the Cartagena City Council in 1995 by Carmen Conde herself.
The writer became the first female Professor of the Royal Spanish Academy in 1978. In the museum rooms, one can see all the titles and medals that the literary couple achieved throughout their lives.
The building where the museum is located is the Ramón Alonso Luzzy Cultural Centre.
